Danalogue (the pseudonym of Dan Leavers) is a British keyboardist, synthesizer player, and record producer, renowned as a prominent figure in London’s new jazz and electronic music scene. He is best known for co-founding the acclaimed nu-jazz trio The Comet Is Coming, which was nominated for the Mercury Prize, and the synth-psychedelic duo Soccer96. His live performances are renowned for being 100% live and analogue, deliberately rejecting the use of computers or artificial intelligence on stage in favour of relying solely on his fingers, adrenaline, and the real-time manipulation of hardware synthesizers.
