Th' Losin Streaks are Tim Stan Matt and Mike. Th' Streaks formed as a three-piece in the summer of 2003... Mike came along a couple of months later. In the past year and a half they have released an album and a single, starred in a short film, toured all over the west and generally destroyed stages from Seattle to Austin. Their debut LP, 'Sounds of Violence' (on Slovenly, get it!) has received rave reviews and is charting on many radio stations throughout the US. They are currently working on their second album. The musicians who make up th' Losin Streaks are long-time friends and veterans of northern California's punk and indie music scene. Tim, Stan and Matt have played in garage-minded Sacramento combos like the Trouble Makers and the Shruggs for a decade. Matt has also worked with the Groovie Ghoulies and the Zodiac Killers. Mike has played every type of music, from teen metal to the brazilian flavored indie-pop of Daisy Spot, and has been called the best guitarist in California. Throughout all, they have retained a love of fire-driven rock and roll by the likes of The Who, The Sonics and The Mummies.
